Kazi believes in open communication. If you have a concern about ANY aspect of your employment, we want to know. Please contact us to report wage issues, EEOC concerns, or any other matter of importance to you.

At Kazi, we value our employees. We want to ensure that all of our employees have a safe and welcoming working environment. Once you report information here, the Human Resources, Risk Management, and Legal Team will work collectively to resolve the matter.
After you provide us information below, we review the information and direct it to Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources or Operations Management. Where necessary, an investigation begins following our Investigations and Resolution Protocol.
If you have concerns about your employment conditions, speak with your supervisor and/or your manager. Advise the manager of your issues and work cooperatively to address them. If your manager or supervisor is not able to assist you, for any reason, let us know.
If you have concerns about your payroll and your manager is unable to assist you, you can complete the form below and let us know. We will direct your inquiry to the proper person for followup. We work hard to make sure your issues are resolved promptly.
If you believe you are being harassed or discriminated against, let us know ASAP. We will immediately reach out to address your concerns. Kazi has ZERO-Tolerance for workplace discrimination or harassment for any reasons. We want to ensure that everyone - customers and employees - are provided a safe place to work and dine. If you see a safety issue, immediately try to remedy the issue. If it is an ongoing issue, speak with your manager. If the manager is unable to assist you for any reason, let us know.
Theft by an employee is unacceptable. If you suspect an employee of theft, let us know. We will investigate the matter quickly. If your information leads to the successful identification and adjudication of a suspect, you will receive a reward.
